These Terms of Purchase (“Terms”) govern any order you place with SkyCraft Creations, a trading name of DKM Digital Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), on skycraftcreations.co.uk or through any official SkyCraft Creations sales channel. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products & Descriptions

We work to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours and packaging may vary slightly due to display settings or supplier updates. Hand‑finished or customised items may show natural variations. “Inspired by” fragrances are independent interpretations and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any designer brand or trademark owner.

3. Ordering With Us

1. After checkout, you will receive an automatic order confirmation (acknowledgement of receipt).
2. Your order is accepted and a contract is formed when we process and dispatch the items.
3. If an item is unavailable or cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you and offer a refund or suitable alternative.

We may refuse or cancel orders where payment authorisation fails, fraud is suspected, or there is an obvious pricing/listing error.

4. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are shown in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise and include VAT where applicable.
• Delivery charges are displayed at checkout before payment.
• We accept major payment methods (e.g., card, PayPal; and any platform methods you enable).
• Payment is taken when the order is placed.

If a pricing error is identified, we will contact you before proceeding.

5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch promptly. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are indicative only. Please provide accurate delivery information; once shipped, responsibility for transit passes to the courier.

We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, incorrect addresses, adverse weather, or events outside our reasonable control. If your order appears lost or delayed, contact us and we will help investigate with the carrier.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

6.1 Standard Products

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition/packaging. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.

6.2 Items That Cannot Be Returned

• Opened fragrances, cosmetics, or items that cannot be re‑sold for hygiene reasons
• Personalised or custom‑made products (unless faulty)

6.3 Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will offer a replacement or refund in line with UK consumer law.

6.4 Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty, the customer is responsible for return postage costs and for ensuring items are packaged securely. We recommend a tracked service.

7. Custom & Personalised Products

Custom or made‑to‑order items (including engraving, personalised labels, or bespoke blends) cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started, unless the item is faulty. Please check all spellings and instructions carefully before checkout.

8. Safety & Usage

• Use products as directed. Do not apply fragrances to broken or irritated skin.
• Keep away from eyes, flames, and out of reach of children and pets.
• Check ingredients/allergen information where provided; discontinue use if irritation occurs.

9. Promotions & Discount Codes

• Promo codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be added retrospectively.
• Offers may not be combined unless expressly stated.
• We may amend or withdraw promotions at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory consumer rights or our liability where it cannot be limited by law.

To the fullest extent permitted, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, courier delays, or losses arising from misuse or improper storage of products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that order.
